The Greater Philadelphia Area

Ask me where I'm from, and I'll always tell you the same thing. I live in the Greater Philadelphia area, and I could not be prouder of it. I live in Conshohocken today, but my love for this region runs deep and wide, from the suburbs all the way into the heart of Center City. Helping families find their home in this area is not just my job. It is personal.

My Manayunk Years

Before Conshohocken, I spent many years living in Manayunk, and what an amazing experience that was. I loved hopping on the train and heading into Center City to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Whether it was a concert, a Sunday game day package with the Phillies, or an afternoon soaking up the energy, there was always something happening. You never quite knew what to expect, and that was part of the fun.

Some of my favorite things were the simplest. Walking around Manayunk, riding bikes along West River Drive or Kelly Drive, and taking in the beauty of the area. As a huge sports fan, I also loved how easy it was to catch a Villanova or Temple basketball game on a Saturday. That kind of access, where world class sports, food, and culture are all just a short ride away, is one of the things that makes this region so special.

A City Full of Culture and Excitement

My husband and I have enjoyed so many concerts and nights out taking advantage of everything Center City has to offer. The restaurants, the culture, the energy. It is all right there.

And as our family grew, the Greater Philadelphia area gave us endless ways to make memories with our kids. We loved taking them to the Franklin Institute and the Please Touch Museum, and driving out for a quick afternoon at Sesame Place was always a hit. There is truly something here for every stage of life, and that is what makes this such a wonderful place to raise a family.

A Family of Die-Hard Fans

I consider Philadelphia to be our home in every sense, and nowhere is that clearer than on game day. My kids are fans of all our teams. The Eagles, the Sixers, the Flyers, the Phillies, and yes, the Philadelphia Union. We are big soccer fans, and we actually had season tickets for the first fifteen years of the Union's existence.

There is nothing quite like being part of this sports community. When any of our teams are doing well, the whole region lights up, and we love getting swept up in that excitement right alongside our neighbors. Cheering on our local squads is just part of who we are.

Why the Region Matters When You Are Buying

The Greater Philadelphia area is huge and wonderfully varied. From the walkable city neighborhoods to the suburban towns of Montgomery County, Chester County, and beyond, every community has its own personality, its own price points, and its own rhythm. That can feel overwhelming when you are trying to figure out where to buy.

That is exactly where I can help. I have lived in this region for years, in the city and in the suburbs, and I understand how different each area feels day to day. I can help you weigh commute times, school districts, and lifestyle so you land in the community that truly fits your family. And I make the mortgage side simple, walking you through each step so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
